  1. Our digital pathway for Long COVID is continuing to roll out across Lothian, with over 270 people now onboarded. We are using our digital platform Tailored Talks to provide tailored information and support, as well as links to the CHSS Advice Line.

  1. Yorkshire and Humber Propel Programme – in September we were delighted to be welcomed to this digital accelerator based in Leeds. As part of this Jack Francis has been attending masterclasses and one-to-one mentoring to accelerate our market presence and growth in the area.

  1. We have been delighted to be shortlisted for several awards across the year, including at the Scottish Health Awards, GP Awards and the Digital Leaders Awards. We came away as runners up for the Best Use in Primary Care at the Health Tech Awards, and winners of the Technology Enabled Independent Living Award at the Digital Health and Care Awards 2023.

  1. Over the year we have been working with partners at NHS Fife, NHS Lothian and CHSS on our new Life After Stroke project, which will be launching in January. This pathway will also use Tailored Talks to provide information to guide people who have had a stroke through their recovery.

  1. We launched a new pilot with NHS Lanarkshire, where care home liaison nurses will be able to use Tailored Talks to support their work in elderly and frail care.

  1. We are delighted to taken on our wonderful new developer David who has been working with Lee to keep our platforms up and running.

  1. Pogo travels: the team have spent a lot of time travelling both within the UK and further afield, including a Trade Mission to Ireland and a world-wide conference in Barcelona. These trips have provided insight to the challenges facing the health and care sectors in different areas, and enabled us to network with others working in the digital healthcare space.

  1. We said goodbye (for now!) to our wonderful Account Director Zoe as she embarks on a new adventure.

To all of our wonderful partners and clients, we wish you a very Merry Christmas, and thanks for your continued support over the year. See you in 2024!
